History

The study of the past is known as History.  It records the past events and times which are written usually in a chronological account. For writing the context historians will place the context with the historical resources like written documents, oral accounts, ecological markers, arts, artifacts, etc.  The 5th century  BC  Greek historian Herodotus is considered to be the "Father of History".
